These marine adapter cables allow professional tuners, marine technicians, and hands-on owners to connect MPVI3 or MPVI4 interfaces to supported Yamaha marine ECMs for calibration writing.

Unlike standard diagnostic adapters, these cables include integrated battery clips that provide stable external power to the ECM during the calibration write process. Supplying power to the ECM is required in marine applications because the engine must remain off during the process.

Which cable do I need?
Yamaha outboards engines and WaveRunner applications use different ECM connector styles depending on model and year. Select the tab that matches your engine’s ECU connector to find the correct flashing cable.

These Yamaha WaveRunner applications use the 44-Pin ECU Connector (Style 1) and require the OBDII Adapter Cable – Yamaha WaveRunner (44 Pin ECU, Style 1).
