Shipping Information at Canadian Diesel Online

Orders are normally shipped within two business days. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped by ground service. Faster shipping options may be available upon request and may incur additional shipping charges. Please phone us for details if you require an expedited service.

As we mainly ship via couriers, please provide a physical shipping address. Only Canada Post can deliver to a PO box.

While we do our best to accommodate PO box deliveries, some items cannot be shipped by Canada Post due to size or weight, typically items over 50 pounds or exhaust kits. In addition, some warehouses will not ship using Canada Post.

If we cannot ship by Canada Post and a PO box is the only address provided, we will attempt to obtain a physical address. If that is not possible, your item may be shipped to the nearest courier depot for pickup.

Canadian Diesel Online offers free standard shipping on most orders over $200. Some limitations apply, including overweight items and destinations outside standard shipping areas. If your order falls outside of standard shipping, we will contact you with details and more information.

We offer both insured and uninsured shipping options. Shipping with insurance incurs an additional cost but provides coverage if your product is damaged or lost in transit.

All orders under $200 will incur a shipping charge of approximately $18 to $25, depending on weight.

If you wish to insure your package, it will incur an additional charge of $5.00.

If your order total is over $200 and under 70 pounds, shipping will be free to most locations, subject to remote location surcharges.

If you wish to add insurance, it will incur an additional charge of $9.95.

If your order weighs more than 70 pounds, overweight shipping charges will apply. These charges will be determined at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination.

We also offer insured shipping for overweight products for an additional $9.95.

If your order is over 200 pounds, a member of our team will reach out with a freight quote and to collect payment for any additional freight charges before the order ships.

Some addresses are outside the regular service area of our shipping providers and will incur additional shipping charges.

If this applies to your order, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible with a freight quote before the order ships. We will review the options with you so you can approve any additional charges or adjust the order if needed.

Canadian Diesel Online does not ship or sell outside of Canada.

We work hard to make sure the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible. Once a package is with the courier, delivery timing and handling are under the control of the shipping company.
