If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending the item back for an exchange or refund.

• An RMA and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
• We reserve the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee plus freight charges.
• Special or custom order items are not eligible for return.

Please note:

• No returns on electronic devices without prior approval. Electronics that have been installed may not be eligible for return or refund.
• Returned items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and instructions. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted.
• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Initial outbound shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.
• Product images may not perfectly represent the final product. Returns for this reason are accepted within 30 days, but shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us by phone or email and we’ll assist you promptly.

• Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return Policy above.
• Special/custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once manufacturing has begun.

Core returns DO require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

• Core credit returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. After that, credits are at CDO’s discretion.
• After receiving an RGA#, drain all fluids (if applicable) and package the item securely.
• Use a carrier with tracking. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
• Refunds (core value) are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after manufacturer inspection.
• Core acceptability is determined by the manufacturer. CDO is not responsible if a core is deemed unacceptable. Contact the manufacturer for details.
• Cores missing major components or disassembled may receive reduced or no credit.
